Ages 13 - Under
Rider's must be directly supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Ages 14 - 17
Rider's must be under supervision of a parent or guardian. If the rider is on an ATV/UTV you must have completed an ATV Safety Course.
Double riding is prohibited unless the ATV/UTV is designed for more than 1 occupant.
Riders/Operators are required to wear a helmet at all times on public lands but also should be worn even when not.
A safe (DOT) helmet is required for all occupants.
